Shipping policies
Our shipments are made through an outsourced cadeteria, for which shipments within Montevideo have a separate cost that is assumed by the client. We also have a Pick Up center service throughout various points within Montevideo. For shipments within the country (Uruguay), we take care of dispatching the order, and the cost of shipping is borne by the customer when picking up. The cost of international shipments (Fedex), is paid by the customer together with his purchase while placing the order (rate is detailed in the purchase process).
It is our responsibility that the packages reach the customer's hands in good condition.
Return and exchange policies
IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, WE WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY
Once the customer receives your product, if it was not what they expected, they can claim their money back. To do so, it has a period of 5 days after receiving the product, as long as the merchandise has not been used / modified by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping costs in case of requesting a money refund. To make the return of some of the products, it must be sent to our branch in Montevideo, Uruguay. It must be coordinated with us in advance. Once the merchandise is returned, and we verify that the products are in optimal condition, the money will be returned within the next 48 business hours.
PRODUCT CHANGES
The customer has a period of 30 days after the purchase is made to change the products. The merchandise can be exchanged in cases where it has suffered damages that come from the factory. We do not make changes if the break was caused by the client.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR CHANGES
You must coordinate with us to change it at our pick up center in Pocitos, Montevideo. In case the product is found outside of Montevideo, Cebala is responsible for all shipping costs caused by the change.

Shipment delay time
Within Montevideo: 72 business hours after payment is made.
For the insides of the country --> 24 business hours to dispatch the order (after it is sent, the delay time depends on the agency selected for the respective shipment)
International --> 5-7 business days arrives at destination (Fedex)
Privacy and security
At Cebala we understand that your privacy is important, that is why our site has the highest security standards in order to avoid any type of alteration, unauthorized access and / or loss of information. In addition, Cebala agrees not to share your personal information with other people or companies.
Once the customer makes the purchase, you have the option of leaving in the comments details that you would like to clarify about your purchase. In turn, you have the option of communicating with us by different means if necessary.

Obligation of secrecy. Due to the provisions of this contract, the workers, representatives, executives and associates of Cebala, who have access to the information provided by the User, will be subjected not to disclose it.
Intelectual property
All content included in our sites (such as photographs, texts, images, videos, among others) are exclusive property of Cebala.
